Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to support our Operations Manager in leading and organizing our site Operations Team. The Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring that daily routines, periodic schedules, and manpower allocation meet contract standards and client requirements. This position offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow in operational management within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Site Operations Management: Work closely with Operations Managers to lead and organize site operations effectively. Assist in ensuring that all activities align with contract standards and requirements.
- Scheduling and Workforce Planning: Learn about manpower deployment and scheduling strategies. Assist in developing work plans to ensure the effective and timely delivery of cleaning services.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Attend client meetings and respond to customer feedback promptly, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolutions.
- Safety and Compliance: Gain knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices. Help implement safety measures and compliance standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Oversight and Coordination: Potentially oversee multiple sites, maintaining clear and professional communication with key stakeholders, team members, and clients as part of your duties as an Operations Executive.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Interest in learning about operational management, scheduling, and safety practices
- Previous experience in site operations, cleaning services, or facilities management is an advantage
- Willing to work rotational shift
