We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage subcontractors for small-scale structural projects.
This role requires a strong background in civil, steel structural, M&E, and architecture to ensure all project components align with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will lead project planning, monitor on-site activities, and maintain seamless communication with all subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors across civil, steel structural, and M&E disciplines, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final inspection, ensuring all work complies with design and regulatory standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, guiding subcontractors on structural, M&E, and architectural requirements to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure subcontractors comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and clients, providing updates, addressing issues, and resolving conflicts to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Construction project experience in Singapore
- Strong understanding of civil, steel structural, M&E, and architectural principles, along with experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and project elements.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
