Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts including GST submission
- Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system
- Prepare necessary schedule such as Fixed assets, prepayments, accrual etc
- Responsible for invoicing and accounting function
- Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedule
- Prepare payment requisition, handle petty cash, claim and etc
- Prepare bank in cash, cheque, sales register
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
Skills & Experience
- Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently and as a team work
- GST knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of ERP system is an added advantages
- Good in MS Excel
- Proficient in verbal and written in English and Chinese to be able to interact with Chinese speaking customers effectively
