Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beauty center, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists, estheticians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained. Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Financial Management: Manage the center’s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. Handle cash management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and products. Analyze sales data and customer trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of beauty products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and maintaining vendor relationships for supply procurement.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Service Development: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging treatments. Introduce new services and promotions to attract and retain clients.
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in business management, cosmetology, or a related field is often preferred.
- Certification: Relevant beauty therapy or management certifications may be required, depending on the services offered.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry is essential.
- Experience as a beauty therapist or esthetician may be advantageous.
