Key responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of digital assets including social media graphics, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Shoot and edit video content for a range of platforms including online, social media, and possibly broadcast.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual strategies and concepts.
- Assist in the creation of storyboards and scripts for video projects.
- Maintain and organize digital files, including photos, videos, artwork, and other media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative duties to support creative activities
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Work experience in aesthetic/retail beauty/consumer industry is an advantage
- Proficient In design software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign
- Experienced in web design in HTML/CSS, motion graphics using Aftereffects, video-editing using Premiere Pro are great advantages.
- Basic understanding videography and photography skills in retail packaging/print design and printing process, etc is a plus.
- A strong understanding and good judgement in typography, layout, colour theory and command of design principles
- Highly organised and independent, with the ability to multi-task several projects, manage deadlines and provide exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, willing and open-minded to learn in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent team player with proactiveness towards creative problems and a strong work ethic as individual contributor.
