WerkSG is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and presenting our video production services as a solution. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our video production services.
- Client Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and marketing needs, aligning them with our video solutions.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and present customized proposals and pitches that showcase the value of our video content.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to strategically position our services in the marketplace.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and progress, reporting on sales goals and targets to the management team.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
- Strong understanding of video marketing and the value it brings to clients’ branding efforts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
This role will include Basic salary + Commission
