Position Summary
The Merchant Operations (MO) team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for verifying and onboarding customers onto NETS internal systems.
The Project officer will be tied to the Records Remediation project and will report to the Merchant Operations – Project Lead.
Key Responsibilites
• Receive files and documents containing past merchant records from vendor
• Sorting and repacking of files and documents based on established criteria
• Scanning required documents according to the established process and ensuring quality and correctness
• Maintain document integrity & security
Requirements
• GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience with document digitization projects (transition from hardcopy to softcopy) will be an advantage
• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
• Conscientious & team player
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
