Our Alliances organization is seeking a Partner Account Manager (GSI) to join our growing team. In this role you will strategically plan and deliver a cross-functional strategy to achieve sales and development goals across our current and potential Global and Regional SI, Cloud and ISV partners.
We are looking for an individual who understands the Partner and Alliances ecosystem and how to grow and manage a region. In addition to selling and developing partners, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities with your partners to increase brand awareness and product adoption.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
- Define and put in place a structure to lead the strategy for GSI in the ASEAN region
- Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate the GSI business
- Increase mindshare of Snowflake with our identified GSI partners in ASEAN
- Manage a portfolio of high performing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, as well as technical and marketing activities
- Formulate winning strategies and strategize account engagements with the field to win together
- Work with sales, solution engineering, professional services and other relevant teams to collaborate for success
- Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, as well as marketing and enablement plans
- Work collaboratively with our sales and sales engineering teams to meet territory sales goals
- Work collaboratively with our global program, Cloud and ISV teams to meet the global program goals
- Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures
- Ensure that the partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake, create joint solutions together built on Snowflake
- Align GTM strategy across various business segments in Snowflake with the appropriate GSI partners
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
- 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud , GSI or SaaS space
- Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
