Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business operations and initiatives in Singapore.
- Promote digital trade solutions, focusing on e-bunkering, financing, and import/export services; develop and nurture relationships with new customers, effectively communicate their needs, and facilitate contract signing.
- Manage and leverage existing resources in Singapore to maximize potential.
- Maintain regular communication with domestic and international clients regarding project progress, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring a thorough understanding of customer platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product R&D, to analyze product requirements, support iterative upgrades, assist in platform development, and conduct customer training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as international trade, commercial law, logistics and transportation, international finance, or international settlement.
- A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in international trade, finance, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gain insights into customer needs and effectively develop customer relationships.
- Demonstrated self-discipline and motivation, with strong execution capabilities and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Candidates who possess more experience will be considered for senior roles.
