- Thoroughly review and understand bidding employer’s requirement documents, project specifications, and process data.
- Translate employer requirements into effective contractor solutions that align with project goals.
- Propose T&I proposal and support project execution.
- Assign work to In-House design team. Timely provide technical proposal or solution to project operation team.
- Liaise and communicate with project stakeholder for technical clarification and conclusion.
- Technical support for SFE Vessel operation and maintenance.
- Support engineering budget (estimation) and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Naval Architect
- Min 10 years of related working experiences in offshore structure design and installation such as offshore platform, jacket and foundation.
- Preferably have experience with Wind Farm T&I.
- Familiar with offshore industrial standards and codes.
- Familiar with engineering design tools and software.
- Able to work in a team.
