Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in channel sales for smart workspace solutions and physical security systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new channel opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
- Stay current on developments in smart workspace technologies, physical security systems, and digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management
Jobs Requirement:
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation
- Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, CCTV, and building management solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies
- Highly well-organized, possessing exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to oversee several partner relationships at once
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
