Meta is looking for an experienced and accomplished marketer to join our International Marketing organization in APAC region, to help make Meta apps most preferred and used for Creators for our family of apps with focus on Instagram, Facebook and Threads. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic and programmatic development and execution of marketing initiatives to make this possible.
The ideal individual for this role has experience in launching integrated global and/or regional marketing initiatives. They will have full funnel experience from awareness to action, and will be adept to managing media budgets and well as CRM tools and in-house owned media to drive results. They are experienced in selection and management of creative and creator talent agencies. They have experience working with others and have experience problem-solving, collaborating, and driving data-driven results through insights and analytics. They have an innate drive and experience to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of full funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Action, Loyalty) growth programs for Creators for NEA (Japan, Korea, Greater China Region) and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand).
- Recruit and lead a cross functional team (task force approach with no direct reporting lines) across owned/earned/paid media, analytics, insights and events.
- Conceptualize and drive initiatives that are cross-audience jointly with Consumer and Business Marketing teams.
- Build strong collaborative relationships and alliances with key internal and external teams and partners to prioritize and establish the team’s roadmap, delivering against clearly defined marketing objectives while ensuring positive and productive team environments.
- Build and drive approvals for business cases to unlock investments for marketing programs based on solid hypothesis design and are structured to deliver against clear success metrics, utilizing a test-and-learn approach.
- Provide insight and recommendations to the larger Marketing organization as part of the Meta Marketing team, ensuring the Regional Marketing team’s goals and priorities align with the broader organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in APAC.
- Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers), as well as executive and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, events) that drove results at both local and global scales.
- Experience designing and delivering marketing solutions leveraging insights and analytics.
- Experience working in an independent, fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Creator marketing experience is preferred, consumer or business marketing experience works as well.
