Job Details:-
- Contract : 5 months
- Working Location: Depot Road
- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job scope:
- Digitisation of HR documents and records (e.g. sort files, scan hardcopy documents, file them, verify accuracy of records, shred documents)
- Updating and maintaining of databases
- Possibly support other administrative duties for HR activities and programmes (e.g.liaise with candidates to arrange interviews, follow up on queries/documentation, facilitate first-day reporting for new hires, support promotional and publicity activities)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or A-Level
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in IT systems and databases
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
