Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotion campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations initiatives.
- Sales Management:Drive sales performance to meet revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and partners.

- Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Team Leadership & Development:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Develop training programs, performance metrics, and professional growth opportunities for staff.
- Budget Management:Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget to optimize return on investment.
Monitor costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:Work closely with product development, customer support, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer experiences.
Job Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record with a minimum of 5-7 years in marketing and sales roles, with 2-3 years in management preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign metrics to drive strategic initiatives.
