Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
    Plan and oversee advertising and promotion campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations initiatives.
  2. Sales Management:Drive sales performance to meet revenue and growth targets.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and partners.
    Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  3. Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
    Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Team Leadership & Development:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
    Develop training programs, performance metrics, and professional growth opportunities for staff.
  5. Budget Management:Prepare and manage the marketing and sales budget to optimize return on investment.
    Monitor costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:Work closely with product development, customer support, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer experiences.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record with a minimum of 5-7 years in marketing and sales roles, with 2-3 years in management preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign metrics to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; skilled in making persuasive presentations and fostering professional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, data analytics, and a strong grasp of digital marketing practices.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable outcomes for marketing campaigns.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into successful sales and marketing strategies.
