Working Location: Nearby Taiseng/Ubi MRT (15mins walking distance)
Duties:
- Management of HR matters such as recruitment process, training grants, new employees onboard orientation, exit interview, intern students' application, employees’ leave, expenses, medical, and other benefits.
- To develop continuous HR improvement and etc.
- To assist to provide in following up good communication and even secretarial support to staff, HOD, and superiors for continuous improvement.
- To assist and ensure all HR and production administration and support on all relevant updates, proper quality, and quantity performance at all times.
- Handle Accounts transactions, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and monthly accounts report submission for both the main company and other entities.
- Manage the general office administration including the basic needs of the employees.
- Provide day-to-day office operations duties
- Alert with the expiry date for the employee's dormitory, insurance, work permit, license, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business admin, and relevant discipline.
- Well-versed in local Employment Act
- Min 2 years related experience in office admin/HR/Accounts, etc.
- Able to handle confidential matters/documents
- Good supervisory & mature to handle office human matters
- Well-versed in computer software, communications, full of initiative, and good time management.
