Our client is a fast growing food and beverages company, with a strong presence across Asia. They are looking for food technologists to help them grow their research and development team here in Singapore.
Your new role
Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;
· Conduct research and development to identify new product ideas and opportunities.
· Develop and test new food products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and taste.
· Work with internal teams to understand consumer needs and preferences.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and labeling.
· Prepare and present technical documentation for new products.
· Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;
· Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Nutrition.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in product development, with a demonstrated ability to develop and test new food products.
· Fresh graduates with the relevant degree will be considered
· Strong understanding of food science principles and technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
