F&B Outlet Operation Executive:
We are looking for a dedicated F&B Operations Manager to lead our F&B Chain outlets, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused operation. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, from team management and inventory control to financial oversight and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: oversea operations of all F&B outlet, ensure compliance, manage inventory, cost control, ensure timely food preparation.
- Customer Services: address any concerns promptly.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen supervisors and staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, attendance and labour cost.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks, monitor menu consistency, implement improvement initiatives.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, profit and operational costs, implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Admin Task: Maintain all records, prepare outlet report, liaise with various department for marketing events.
- Safety and Security: Compliance with health and safety regulations, manage emergency issue and handle security protocols.
Requirements:
- Hospitality or food and beverage management degree/diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, working process or management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
