Job Responsibilities:
· Position to be stationed in Africa/Central Asia.
· Optimization and debottlenecking of existing and development of new rice/flour mills, crushing plants, edible oil refinery, consumer packs, specialty fats plants and projects.
· Operation and technical support of the Wilmar Group Production sites worldwide addressing all questions related to production, engineering and process control.
· Cost estimation and preparation of economic feasibility studies.
· Interdisciplinary work together with our Business Units and Project Engineering groups.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience or Master’s Degree, disciplines in either Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
· Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
· Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
· To be trained in China and/or Indonesia before posting to plant/project in Africa/Central Asia.
· Willingness to be stationed in Africa/Central Asia for at least 2 years.
