- Accounts Payable ( Invoices and Payments )
- Updating of suppliers/ vendors list
- In-charge in office administration work for Finance / Operation / HR department
- Workers injured insurance claim
- Follow up on company vehicles for inspection/Road Tax/Vehicle Insurance
- Handle in maintaining of workers timesheets to process and manage monthly payroll
- Documents controlling and filing
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required
