Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall daily operations of the linens section
- Ensure quality controls are in place for all linens processes
- Assigns and instructs the team on work to be performed
- Provides training to the laundry team
- Assigns schedules and duties to laundry staff as per business needs
- Assists in the recruitment and selection of laundry personnel
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the linen area
- Ensure employee observance of safety practices
Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE qualification or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in laundry with supervisory experience
- Independent staff with strong leadership skills
