Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to help us expand our market presence in Singapore and The US. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter, a fast learner with strong execution skills and passion for fintech/finance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and navigate impactful brand building strategies, ads and initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and build brand experiences (local and global)
  • Formulate and execute integrated communication campaigns for the Corporation and other business market
  • Establish partnerships with industry companies, agencies, media outlets, and other external partners for collaborations to broaden the reach of the business's brand messaging
  • Conduct regular and consistent research, brand competitive analysis and surveys to identify brand awareness gaps, with current marketing trends and industry practices to help develop leading strategies to support the Corporation in achieving its business objectives
  • Utilize a variety of online marketing tools such as SEO & SEM to enhance product awareness and customer reach
  • Develop measurements to evaluate programme’s effectiveness and analyse & compile reports for management review
  • Manage brand guidelines and brand checks on a regular basis to ensure brand consistency for the Corporation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, finance or any related field
  • More than 5 years’ proven marketing experience of digital / event marketing gained in sizable technology / internet or fintech/financial companies
  • Familiar with content integrated marketing, have the ability to independently operate project control, have strong execution ability and adaptability, and have rich experience in organization and scheduling
  • Excellent brand awareness and have their own deep insights into brand, market and marketing
  • Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication ability and strong data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software
  • Copywriting skills (present samples of work, if available)
