Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team in strategising and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the properties assigned
• Implement appropriate programmes to ensure:

1. Uninterrupted operations of all essential services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire protection & security
2. Staff are fully trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems
3. All services and preventive maintenance programmes are carried out regularly and effectively
4. Staff attend to service calls and work orders promptly and effectively

• Prepare annual review of the Asset Plan for each asset in the portfolio and implement such plan as approved
• Administer leases entered into with all tenants, handling over and taking possession of leased units, liaise and manage the respective tenants' renovation process and tenant relationship management

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
