Job Description
- Project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Employer expectation,
- Responsible for analysing, manage and track project costs again budget.
- Manage in-house MEP design works, including basic design, detailed design, shop drawing and BIM coordination.
- Responsible for coordination with architecture, C&S and Process, ICA and other trades.
- Attend technical and site coordinate meetings with Employer, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
- To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E works with Consultants and Employer.
- Responsible for construction activities by In-house installation teams, site safety, arrange timely delivery of M&E equipment and materials.
- Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC,
- Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects.
- Participate in tender preparation for new projects
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Building Service M&E background
- Min 8 years of relevant Singapore-based working experience in building construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage
