Educational Qualification
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Science is needed while a post-degree program like MBA is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 or more years’ experience is required.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Ability to work independently and able to navigate through organizational hierarchies and teams.
- Has a good understanding of financial reporting, resources management including managing resources on the bench.
- Has experience in managing initiatives and programs and able to successfully execute them to closure.
- Has sound knowledge on various Quality frameworks and methodologies and able to apply the same working in conjunction with the Quality team in driving various quality programs.
- Good communications and networking skills; boundary spanner.
- Proficiency in use of various Microsoft Office products.
Detailed Job Description
- Establish the framework and SOPs for Delivery Operations for the strategic client and eventually expand
- Work closely with Head of Delivery and Service Line Heads responsible for delivery to the strategic client on various day to day operational matters including tracking of financials, resources allocation and deallocation, contracts review and approvals, hiring based on client needs etc.
- Program manage various optimization and simplification initiatives and ensure stated outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Program manage various automation initiatives working closely with the Quality team and delivery teams – ensure client buy-in and agreement for automation to ensure overall success.
- Coordinate with the Quality team various quality initiatives rollout including ISO certifications.
- Work closely with TPD team to ensure all training and certification programs are delivered and resources are certified/licensed to operate in client environment.
- Work closely with Chief Delivery Officer and other client account delivery teams and ensure items requiring cross-delivery teams’ attention are dealt with on a timely basis.
