Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and client support.
- Manage logistics and resources for the centre.
- Process invoices and coordinate events.
- Support graduate programmes and manage document submissions.
- Liaise with departments for student information and schedule Professional
- Development Sessions.
- Assist the Wellness Manager in event coordination and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year of related working experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and bubbly individual.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and OneDrive; experience with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Preferred experience in the education industry or clinical setting.
