United Language Centre (ULC), a leading language school and community hub for expats in Singapore, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our Education Sales team. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising our Education Sales Consultants, ensuring they effectively connect with expats and assist them in reaching their language learning goals.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Education Sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and mentor Education Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing, Operation & Academic teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Market Positioning: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position ULC as the preferred language education provider.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or language training industry.
- Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse clientele.
- Motivational Leadership: Inspiring and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving success.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin, additional language proficiency is a plus.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Hubspot CRM systems or other sales software is advantageous.
