Responsibilities:
· Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
· Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
· Support doctors in language translation when needed.
· Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
· Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
· Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
· Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
· Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
· Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, Diploma Holders preferred.
· Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
· Ability to speak in multiple languages will be beneficial.
· Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
· Detail and service-oriented.
· Able to work 44 hours (5.5 days) a week, including weekends and public holidays.
· Able to travel down to various clinics across Singapore.
· Comfortable with working independently or in a team with a fast-paced environment.
