Summary of Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all audiovisual equipment and lighting of all function room are in order and good working condition to facilitate the smooth running of daily events
  • Advise and assist in the planning, selection, production and supply of audiovisual materials
  • Develop functional and operational test procedures to evaluate quality and performance of video or audio reception, production and transmission to meet hotel standards
  • Perform preventive maintenance of audiovisual equipment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records of audiovisual equipment
  • Provide advise to external or internal guests in analyzing technical difficulties
  • Attend BEO Meetings
  • Be guided by and adhere to the MOHG standards
  • Provide the AV Team with clear objectives, constant feedback and training to further enhance department’s level of service


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of AV experience at a managerial level
  • Able to do shifts and work on weekends, 5 day work week
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
