- Champion of BIM
- BIM Manager role in Projects
- Planning of BIM Resources and Training
- Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Establish, implement and manage CPG BIM Standard
Project Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
- Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
- Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
- Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
- Helpdesk for BIM issues
- Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools
Other Expectations
- Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the role of BIM Coordinator.
- Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure and Health care projects and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.
- Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses
- Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide
- Knowledge in BIM ISO 19650
- Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Possess good leadership skills to manage the BIM team
- Possess good client management skills
- Good command of English language for effective communication
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
- A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven in BIM innovation
- Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
