Our client is a Australian based MNC dealing with property management, they urgently requires:
Senior Executive (Loyalty)
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide input and ensure program and projects address key business needs and goals
- Work with cross functional teams in retail to ensure smooth implementation and integration of loyalty initiatives across all customer journeys and touch points
- Support in the management and growth of loyalty program, delivering business and customer value and resonate with target customer segments for various assets
- Develop loyalty and partnership marketing and communication plans that aligns with our portfolio of assets, customer segments and deliver on business goals
- Vendor, project and campaign management for all loyalty initiatives and implementation
- Utilize market research, data and customer insights to identify opportunities for customer engagement, segmentation, and personalized experiences
- Design and execute customer engagement plans to drive incremental value, engagement and acquisition
- Establish key partnerships to broaden, strengthen and strategically positions the loyalty program
- Liaise and negotiate with all required platform or technology partners
- Manage all vendor agreements with vendors, technology partners
- Internal presentation to stakeholders on project milestones and work in progress updates
- Liaise with internal teams such as ICT team for security review arrangements, timeline and ensure successful update or launch of products
- Conduct UAT and other required tests with vendors for new program releases
- Conduct necessary training for product users internally e.g concierge managers, marketing teams etc
- Budget Management & Forecasting
Experience:
- Good understanding of the retail and loyalty environment
- Strong understanding and experience in customer segmentation and journey mapping, data insights and analytics
- Ability to demonstrate how loyalty programs and marketing work synergistically
- Working and aligning with various multi-disciplinary teams towards common business goals
- Strong project and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams to execute and implement projects promptly with accountability and success
- Proven ability to think critically and drive results
- Possess strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with financial principles
- Open to a contract to permanent role
