Scope:
- Assist in Opening and closing the café
- Attend to customers & their needs, engaged conversation
- Taking orders, welcoming customers, and providing information about menu items, specials, and events
- Cleaning tables, floors, equipment, and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Restocking, tracking inventory levels, and advising management of low stock
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A levels/Diploma
- ABle to work any 5 days/week inclusive of weekends/Public Holiday
- ABle to commit 8-9 hous/day
- Customer service oriented
