Job Description :
- Design and execute a regional procurement strategy that supports the company's growth ambitions and improves supply chain effectiveness.
- Source, assess and onboard suppliers to establish a reliable, high-quality supply chain, ensuring compliance criteria and actively driving supplier performance across these key areas.
- Oversee procurement integration during product and inventory analysis to ensure smooth alignment with corporate objectives and maintain operational efficiencies.
- Implement cost-saving measures through strategic sourcing, skillful negotiation, and process improvements while consistently meeting quality and service benchmarks.
- Perform detailed analyses to guide informed buy-or-make decisions, optimizing procurement activities and resource allocation.
- Build, mentor and lead the procurement team, providing hands-on direction and ensuring the effective rollout of procurement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the global headquarters, utilizing resources and best practices to synchronize regional procurement efforts with corporate goals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; at least 8-10 years of relevant procurement experience, particularly in the semiconductor and high-precision manufacturing industries.
- Proven success in integrating procurement functions, supplier onboarding, new product introduction (NPI) projects and leading regional procurement operations.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management practices within APAC.
- Demonstrated ability to implement cost reductions and streamline processes.
- Extensive experience in building and managing teams.
