Job Description
- Attend to customers' requests for servicing requests, breakdowns, and accidents through various channels, in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles.
- Follow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customers' requirements and complaints.
- Collection/returning vehicle to the customer after servicing/repair.
- Upkeeping of company's fleet of vehicles.
- Assist with Ad-Hoc jobs as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Valid Class 3 license and 2 years of driving experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Singaporean Only.
