Role:
- Regularly engage with equity terminals to assess operational and financial performance, aiming to enhance profitability through improved productivity and efficiency.
- Support the establishment and monitoring of terminals’ KPIs and provide insights on performance gaps.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on terminal performance, associated projects, and ongoing discussions.
- Review annual budgets for terminals, including capital expenditure plans, and assist in securing Management approvals.
- Assess current terminal processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure effective management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Maritime Studies, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in container terminal management preferred.
- Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a higher-level position.
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in shipping or marine terminal operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of contract structures.
