Responsibilities:
- Conduct ACRA and Bankruptcy searches for new leases and renewals
- Process lease documents (e.g., signed Tenancy Agreements (TA), side letters, cheques payment) accurately and timely
- Track new Leases and renewals secured by leasing team
- Update Commercial Listing and send to External Agents monthly
- Print SAP-interfaced Cover Letters, TAs and Notices to Proceed (NTPs) from SAP
- Process expenses claims / SAP‐MM Procurement
- E-file all Lease documents and correspondences
- Attend to queries from Retail Leasing hotline and emails
- Prepare paperwork for refund of Security Deposit
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of leasing / tenancy administration experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
