Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Director (PD) in project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
- Lead and mentor the project team by setting guidelines, providing advice, and supervising as needed.
- Oversee all project management activities from planning and coordination to completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Assist PD in compiling project progress reports (e.g., Monthly Report, VO Management, EOT Assessment, Project Progress Updates).
- Monitor the project schedule and manage daily operations, setting short- and long-term goals, coordinating with other contractors.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure contract compliance and adherence to completion timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.
- Supervise site labor and subcontractors, resolving construction issues as they arise.
- Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities before construction and approving Method Statements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
- At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in LTA, roadworks, MRT, and viaduct projects.
