We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Program and Performance Analyst. The incumbent will be responsible to extract, manage and analyze large amounts of data from various sales related databases and / or CRM tool to support both Sales campaigns/programs as well as reports for Sales Management. You are also required to prepare information in an organized and systematic manner for a diversified audience; support the Commercial Planning & Research team in revenue, productivity and reporting efforts.
Your Tasks
- Develop and implement databases, data collection & analytics systems (such as Business Intelligence analytical platforms) and other strategies that optimize Sales efficiency and reporting quality.
- Establish automation for recurring data requirements including design and streamline reports at the country, segment and user level using BI.
- Educate and train users to use data as an analytical tool and to explore new opportunities and identifying areas of development as well as analyze reports to highlight areas of opportunities or concerns to Sales Management for action.
- Establish database infrastructure to organize large amounts of revenue and productivity data for correlation and reporting.
- Maintain Sales Information/Data Management & provide analysis; understand the various internal systems and its linkages to each other to extract the appropriate data from
- Support Customer Allocation, Portfolio Sizing exercises as well as Sales Target Setting preparation.
- Support the Customer Allocation / Sales Channeling & Portfolio Sizing exercises.
- Leading & preparations for Business reviews as well as providing insights to Commercial Management.
- Provide effective consultancy and advisory support for the purpose of improving effectiveness of Sales Programs.
- Manage & drive all Sales programs at a country level while ensuring adherence to Regional and Global standardisation and reporting requirements.
- Preparing Channel forecasting process as well as consolidate strategic input for bottom up revenue and major KPI projections.
- Champion for business reporting tools like START, C360 and Power BI including coaching new hires.
- Business Partner to Marcom Team for ECS outreach.
- Leading additional projects and task assigned and providing updates to senior management team and internal stake holders.
- Supporting cross functional internal audits like ISO and CRISP.
What You Bring
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business / Computer Science / Engineering / Data Analytics / Finance/ Mathematics / Statistics or similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in reporting and analytical roles.
- Strong command and proven record on managing Business Intelligence platform (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI) as well as technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access & Powerpoint) and IT Savvy, experience in managing large database of data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Additional certifications in the field of ‘Data Analytics’ will be an added advantage.
- Projection and forecasting skills.
- Strong communicator with creative mindset.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Oracle and Python, as well experience with machine learning is a plus.
- Proven project management experience.
