The role of Business Analyst will be to apply data analytics tools (statistical modelling, visualisation, and marketing optimization) to design and execute customer engagement campaigns for Welcia BHG, analyse and provide insights on campaign effectiveness. Through customer segmentation and behavioural analysis, the analyst will identify and develop strategies to capture potential areas of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer segments and understand their buying behaviour, demographics and life stage
• Find potential pockets of growth, new customer acquisition opportunities and develop strategies to chase these growth pockets
• Drive targeted campaigns by working with marketing to identify target groups to increase revenue per
segment, penetration rate and conversion rate.
• Maximise returns on targeted campaigns through testing of various promotion mechanics and communication mediums (email marketing, SMS marketing etc)
• Ensure timeliness and quality of end-to-end campaign execution
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Holder and above with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in database marketing or customer data analytics preferred
• FMCG experience preferred
• Experience in dealing with large datasets with heavy transaction platforms preferred
• Strong business acumen to understand the needs and requirements of stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel (Power BI, Pivot tables etc)
• Able to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Clear structural thinking, and strong curiosity for problem solving
• Resourceful, meticulous and results oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions
• Able to commit for at least 6 Months
