Job Responsibilities
· Co-ordinate the hotel’s food and beverage business activities such as sales, customer services, promotions etc.
· Ensure customer satisfaction are met through high quality and consistent food standards and services.
· Ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure that mise en place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
· Replenish supplies and linen.
· Meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
· Take food and beverage orders and serve them.
· Present and process payment bills.
· Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
· At least 1 year of working experience in any F&B-related field.
· Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
