Job Description :
Conexus Studio is seeking to recruit creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing innovative workplace design that accentuate our client’s corporate image and provide their employees with a conducive and pleasant workplace. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Prepare weekly site progressive report.
- Prepare weekly site meeting minutes.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licences.
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
