Job Description -
Responsible for providing coordination between production and customer’s’ requirements and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development.
· Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on all e-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
· Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms and social media channels
· Identify and assess customers’ requirements and needs
· Keep records of all customer interactions
· Enhance customers’ experience to all social media platforms
· Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfil orders
· Assist on research, implementation and coordination on all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
· Provide copywriting for all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
· Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Upkeep and make visible data to all stakeholders.
· Provide administrative and operational support
Job Requirements -
· Min ‘O’ level or similar and relevant experience, previous F&B sales experience will be an added advantage
· Possess positive customer service orientation
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Possess pleasant personalitn
· Proactive, team player and sales-oriented
