A private Café, located in the central area and is only open to internal staffs. We are looking for Kitchen Helper to help with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Responsibilities includes:
1. Food Preparation: Assisting with chopping, slicing, and prepping ingredients for cooking, such as vegetables, meats, and sauces.
2. Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as cleaning countertops and work areas.
3. Stocking Supplies: Assisting with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
4. Cooking Assistance: Supporting chefs and cooks during food preparation and cooking, following instructions for various tasks.
5. Organizing: Keeping the kitchen organized and ensuring that all tools and ingredients are in their proper places.
6. Waste Management: Disposing of kitchen waste properly and recycling when possible.
7. Assisting with Meal Service: Helping in plating and serving food during peak hours, ensuring timely service.
8. Compliance: Following food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe cooking environment.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment and assisting in basic upkeep.
10. Team Support: Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation and service.
This role is essential for ensuring a well-functioning kitchen and may involve working in various culinary environments, from restaurants to catering services.
Working Hours:
5 days week
From Monday to Friday
Saturday, Sunday and PH off.
Working hours from 0700 to 1700 hrs.
Salary from $1,600.00, varies on experience
