Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage in recruitment process with Hiring Manager.
- Maintain employee's data to be updated.
- Manage staff’s attendance and leave records by HRM System.
- Report and maintain records of staff’s employment movements (i.e. confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations etc).
- Maintain records of staff’s trainings as per the company’s Training Plan.
- Process relevant work passes for all new non-Singaporean office staff and monitor expiry dates for the same to renew accordingly when required.
- Consolidate data from affiliated overseas Companies and prepare monthly HR manpower reports.
- Organize company's events such as Annual Dinners, Family Days, etc.
We are looking for Professionals
- Has acquired Degree – Preferably in Human Resource.
- Has at least 8 years and above relevant experience.
- With good administrative, planning and implementation skills.
- With good English writing skills.
