The Clinical Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical activities within the Family Dental Centre (FDC), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and service excellence. This role serves as the Clinical Governance Officer, focusing on clinical governance, continuous improvement, and professional development.

1. Clinical Leadership and Communication
- Lead the clinical team to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives of delivering exceptional clinical and service quality.
2. Clinical Quality and Best Practices
- Oversee clinical quality standards, provide timely performance feedback, and coordinate training programmes to enhance clinical skills.
3. Innovation and Technological Advancement
- Keep the organization at the forefront of clinical and technological innovation by introducing new services, equipment, software, and techniques.
4. Clinical Feedback Management
- Collaborate with relevant Departments to address and resolve clinically-related feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care and service.
5. Evaluation and Procurement of Clinical Resources
- Assess materials, equipment, and technologies, and provide recommendations that enhance clinical capabilities.
6. Clinician Recruitment and Development
- Identify, recruit, and retain top-quality dental professionals to build a strong pipeline of clinicians.
o Support the professional growth of the clinical team through mentorship and development initiatives.
7. External Relations and Partnerships
- Establish and maintain open communication channels with external stakeholders, including other dental practices, hospitals, dental suppliers, laboratories, and regulatory bodies.
