- Provide support in recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
- Provide support in the verification and calculation of commissions for operative staff
- Assist in the management of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HRM system data, including employee records, operative staff's working schedule, leave, and claims
- Address employee inquiries regarding leave or commissions and provide necessary assistance
- Assist with onboarding of new operative staff including issuance of uniforms and to manage the uniform inventory record
- Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires by addressing their questions and concerns
- Monitor and manage the inventory of pantry supplies
- Keep track of pantry stock and initiate purchase requests when necessary
- Update and maintain employee files and records
