As part of this role, you will
Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale
Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features
Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements
Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team
Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience
Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions
Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges
Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations
Collaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships
Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel
Design and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when needed
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, supporting the API team with complex problems
