Job Description & Requirements
(1) After-sales support for Huawei Cloud services;
(2) Responsible for cloud service availability architecture improvement and problem identification;
(3) Responsible for technical support during customer major guarantee, such as on-site technical exchange, fault location and delimitation, drill program output and other guarantee technical work;
(4) Responsible for the compilation and output of related technical documents and support the standardization of customer service;
(5) Delivery of Huawei Cloud - operation and maintenance management, to help customers business smoothly migrate to the cloud;
(6) Improvement of service capacity of TOP customers;
(7) Responsible for delivery of Huawei Cloud service support plans
