- Match collections with records;
- Attend to queries from agents;
- Assist in sending out reminders and cancellation notices;
- Other duties and assignments instructed by the superior from time to time.
Qualification
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or related discipline welcome to apply;
- Minimum one to two years of working experience in related functions;
- Meticulous, independent and postive mindset;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
