- Monitor patients on post surgeries.
- Record vital signs, instruct patients on the details of the procedures and administer intravenous therapy and medication
- Transfer patients to the operating room, and may be asked to clean wounds, sterilize equipment and make sure patients' rooms are ready for their arrival
- Educate patients or their families on their conditions
- Monitor patient’s vital signs, change or clean bandages and comfort patients during post anaesthesia
- Handle tests, analyze lab results and report back to surgeons and doctors
- Monitor progress of patients' conditions, and ensure patients receive proper rest, fluids and nutrients.
- Educate patients on wound care, medication.
- Assist with housekeeping in clinic premises and rooms.
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Nursing
- Valid SNB certification
- Candidate with ward settings / medical surgical experiences will be an advantage
