- Salary range: $4,000 - $5,000 + Commissions
- Allowance: $1,500 Transport
- Working hours : 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
- Ensure agreement with customers are executed by the team.
- Market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences
- Organize and participate events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and products.
Requirements:
- Understand marketing principles including brand management, market research, and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze financial data and metrics to assess sales performance and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the heavy equipment industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
- Knowledge of economic conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
